We are seeking an experienced Construction Piping Supervisor to oversee piping construction activities and ensure safe, quality-driven, and on-schedule project delivery. This role is available for a Botswana citizen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise piping construction activities and contractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and project procedures.
- Monitor construction quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Resolve construction and technical issues in collaboration with engineering and project teams.
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch-list close-out activities.
- Maintain accurate construction records and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- S3/S4 qualification, BTech, or Engineering qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction within the mining or minerals processing environment.
- Proven experience on multidisciplinary EPCM projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and contractor management.
- Sound understanding of OHS legislation, permit-to-work systems, and lockout procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- SACPCMP registration advantageous.
