An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Structural Supervisor to join a major mining project in Botswana. Responsible for supervising structural construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with project requirements.  This role is available for a Botswana citizen.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, quality, and progress.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
  • Resolve technical and construction-related issues in collaboration with project teams.
  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch list close-out activities.
  • Maintain accurate construction records, reports, and as-built documentation.
  • Monitor schedules and assist with recovery plans where required.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
  • S3/S4, BTech, or Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction within the mining or minerals processing sector.
  • Experience on multidisciplinary EPCM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural, civil, earthworks, and infrastructure construction.
  • Thorough understanding of HSE legislation, quality standards, and contractor management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • SACPCMP registration advantageous.
