Job Offer: Scaffolding Supervisor
Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning and coordination of scaffolding projects.
• Team Supervision: Supervising scaffolding teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Material Management: Managing the inventory and procurement of scaffolding materials.
• Site Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to ensure scaffolding is erected and dismantled correctly.
• Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during scaffolding operations.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with other departments including construction, safety, and project management.
• Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for scaffolding team members.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports on scaffolding activities and progress.
• Client Interaction: Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
