Job Offer: Scaffolding Supervisor
Location: Nysa, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning and coordination of scaffolding projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervising scaffolding teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Material Management: Managing the inventory and procurement of scaffolding materials.
- Site Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to ensure scaffolding is erected and dismantled correctly.
- Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during scaffolding operations.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with other departments including construction, safety, and project management.
- Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for scaffolding team members.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports on scaffolding activities and progress.
- Client Interaction: Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Expectations:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization of work.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in scaffolding techniques and equipment.
- Interpersonal Skills: High personal culture, ease of establishing contacts, and teamwork.
- Stress Management: Ability to perform tasks under time pressure.
