Job Details
An opportunity to work with an American international technical professional services firm. The company provides technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting for a broad range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and government agencies. The company is publicly traded as a Fortune 500 company.
Brief Description
- Minimum Experience – 22 years.
- Core competency in projects of Advance facilities and/or Specialized manufacturing plants designs like Paint, pesticides, Electric vehicle, Battery plants to guide on Plot plans/statutory drawings. Previous experience on Non-process plant like EV, DC, Battery, Solar power projects will be preferable. Experience in Oil and Gas projects will not have much use in Plot and Piping layout designs.
- Having sound technical knowledge on Piping and site layout, Material and stress analysis.
- Good Knowledge of 3D modeling software like SP3D, P3D, Revit and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawings.
- Ability to do Material take offs for Piping works.
- Having prior experiences in engaging and supports all engineering management activities of the section and the department
- Someone who already mentors, trains & encourages resources within his/her section of the discipline to achieve desired project objectives.
- Proactively review of Resource utilization and resource planning in the section to ensure the productivity levels.
- Review and validation of Inputs given to other discipline to reduce internal rework.
- Good Knowledge of 3D modeling softwares like SP3D, Revit and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawings.
- Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project modelling/drafting standards and procedures.
- Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources.
- Monitor and review the performance of section team members and providing the constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Drive and ensures system compliance requirements as per companies processes and procedures and compliance to SOPs
- Support Department Manager to Monitor and control Productivity of the discipline.

- Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders
- Identify and record the Value Plus opportunities in the project and monitor closely for implementation of same
