For our client we are looking for: 

Security Manager (construction site) 


The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property at a construction site. They play a crucial role in implementing security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security plans tailored to the construction site's needs.
  • Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Manage access control systems to restrict unauthorized entry.
  • Verify the identity of individuals entering the construction site.
  • Supervise of installation and monitor surveillance equipment, such as cameras and alarms.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, accidents, or security breaches.
  • Train construction site staff on security protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure that workers are aware of safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
  • Identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services if needed.
  • Maintain communication with relevant authorities.
  • Document security incidents and prepare incident reports.
  • Assist in investigations related to security breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice).
  • Relevant certifications in security management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  •  Knowledge of security technology and systems.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to security challenges.
