Senior Accountant

TRS Middle East is working with a leading company in KSA and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Jeddah.

Scope: team-of-one accountant for company (with both operational and investment arms) and personal accounts with good business orientation

Main responsibilities:

- Record keeping and maintaining full set of records for company and personal accounts
- Managing and finalizing the annual audit and related legislative requirements
- Arranging for annual tax/Zakat filing requirements with the auditors and tax/Zakat advisor
- VAT filing and follow up
- Monthly payroll preparation and payment
- Following up on investments recorded under company and personal accounts
- Active cash flow management
- Monthly and periodic management reporting for performance, net assets, cash flows and other management reports
- Reporting to the owner and the owners appointed head of finance
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents

Qualification:

BA in Accounting or equivalent Experience
5+ years minimum as full time accountant
