We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst - Environment to support our environmental strategy, compliance programs, and sustainability reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, hands-on environmental project experience, and a passion for driving measurable environmental performance across the organization.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar. 

Duties & responsiilities: 
  • Support environment team in driving the implementation of the organization’s environment strategy.
  • Drive continual improvement in environmental performance through engagement with operational departments and business units.
  • Support engagements with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organization’s profile in environmental performance.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of protocols for environmental data collection, verification, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
  • Support environment reporting in line with international and local standards and global best practices (e.g., GRI, ESG Guidance).
  • Promote a positive culture of sustainability through communications and participation in initiatives and activities.
  • Identify non-compliance with regulatory obligations, international standards, and internal HSSEQ procedures through periodic audits and inspections.
  • Report on environmental performance to line manager.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an environment-related subject, or in any subject with further qualification in an environment-related subject.
  • Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO14001 framework.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working with data.
  • MENA experience an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web applications.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of international best practices in environmental management.
  • Skills in data analysis, auditing, and inspections.
