“TRS is urgently looking for a local Mozambican Senior Civil Engineer with strong Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industry experience to join our Client’s Mozambique Gas Projects team based in Temane, Inhassoro, MOZAMBIQUE.”

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• A senior civil engineer will take responsibility for the oversight of the design, construction and maintenance management of civil and structural infrastructure.
• A Senior civil engineer is involved in the final of projects.
• This includes the review of safety requirements, identification and specification of the requirements by other built environment professionals and provide / solicit expertise from various stakeholders (land surveyors, geotechnical engineers, architects, and other discipline professionals).
• A Senior civil engineer is also involved in the inspection of construction and completed projects to ensure that all specifications, codes and regulatory requirements have been satisfied, safety issues addressed.
• A Senior civil engineer may be required to manage teams of surveyors, engineering technicians, technologists, and engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Accredited. BSc or B.Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8-15 years of relevant CSA engineering & design experience in Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Industries.
• Must ECSA Registered Professional Engineer
