Senior Construction Manager

Our client, a leading General Contractor with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager for their project in Toronto, ON that is experienced with MEP, the civil and architectural aspect of maintenance storage facilities, as well as stations. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to join a multinational corporation with a strong presence in construction and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with MEP systems on projects, budgeting and scheduling, and cost reporting.

In this very exciting role, the selected candidate will be overseeing the project deliverables as related to MEP, civil and architectural work in relation to maintenance and storage facilities, and COS/TPSS works. Their daily responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, analyzing project requirements and related documentation, and developing plans regarding staffing, subcontracting, materials, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
At least 10 years of MEP experience on heavy civil and large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, roads, bridges, and LRT
Must have previous experience on rail and transit projects
Should have experience on industrial buildings projects
Should have experience on projects valued upwards of $200 Million
PMP certification is an asset
Advanced communication skills
