The Role
- Contract Management
- Contract management of multiple traditional Employer Design projects in region as allocated by Operations Director or Regional Director
- Contract management of multiple Design and Build projects in region as allocated by Operations Director or Regional Director
- Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
- Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
- Manage, monitor, and support site management team as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget and tender margin
- Monitor on a fortnightly basis contract and target programme with Planner support
- Appoint key subcontractors on critical path with target resourced programmes
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
- Dispute resolution if required
- Assist in preparation of contractual claims if required
- Estimation Assistance, Tender Submission and Pre-Construction
Assist in estimating projects

- Prelim Plans
- Design Team Scope of Services Finalise
- Design Team Deliverables
- Site visits and report
- Value Engineering Proposals
Contract Management
- Project Delivery Pre-Commencement
