Primary Job Purspose:
The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for:
• The scope compilation for projects or tenders
• The Costing for projects or tenders
• The compilation of Tender or proposals to customers
• Complete Planning for projects
• Complete Project Management of projects
• Key assigned customer management
• Sales of repairs, revamps, field service and new machines
• Financial and Technical Closure of projects
• Technical Assistance to customer staff
• Management of Key Account Managers & Projects Engineers

The Senior Project Manager is the main link between the customer After Sales Centre and Centre of Competence , and is required to act in a professional manner at all times.

Section D Education / Qualifications, Experience and Training Requirements (necessary for appointment)
Education / Qualifications
Minimum
• B.Tech or B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering with Project Management Qualification

Statutory
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to customer service

Advantageous
• B.Tech or B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management Qualification and Business Management Qualification, company’s diesel & turbo product range experience

Experience Type
• 5 Years Turbo machinery experience, preferably on MAN Diesel & Turbo product range
