Senior Projects Manager

Here is an exciting opportunity with our global leading Oil and Gas client in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Projects Manager! You will have a chance to be directly involved with an experienced project management team, delivering world-scale projects of varying sizes, including mega, multibillion dollar projects. The qualified individual should have a desire to be a part of a high-level project management team and should be specialized in Ammonia. The Senior Projects Manager will take lead on business aspects of capitol projects as well as the engineering design, construction and completion of projects in done in compliance with contractual agreements.

Job duties:
- Active tracking of monthly project
performance reports to be
presented to higher management; accurately recording status of construction,
design, variance and any concerns
- Provide expertise throughout all phases of projects on the area of Ammonia
- Provide technical expertise on the full scope of projects while exercising project
management capabilities for from design to close out phase of projects
- Prepare documentation for approve of higher management in regard to changes in
project scope
- Execute proper project development through engineering studies, materials
procurement, preliminary engineering, bid reviews, pre-commissioning,
construction and close out standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; graduate level engineering degree is preferred
- 7+ years of full project cycle project management experience on high-value
projects
- 20+ years of overall refining and petrochemical expert-level experience with focus
on Ammonia as a specialty
- A proficient understanding of the procedure and application of international
policies, project phases, bidding procedures and construction requirements
- Must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
