Senior Quantity Surveyor

TRS Staffing is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive Commercial Real Estate experience for a top tier consultancy in Vancouver. If you are versed in cost, estimation and quantity surveying in Commercial Real Estate or Infrastructure Industry, and have a strong desire for future growth and career advancement, this is the role for you!

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing cost management estimates, overseeing loan monitoring reports while interacting with both the clients and consultants, identifying process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality standards and participating in ISO audits. You should also be able to hone your ability to build relationships with internal and external team member and stakeholders to deliver top business results.

Qualifications:
· University degree in relevant background
· 7 – 10 years of experience in applicable background
· Elemental costing experience: PQS, RICS, AEC or CET
· PMP would be an asset but is not a must
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
