Job Title: Senior Site Planner

Job Details
The major responsibilities are:
- Prepares a proposal time schedule following the specifications of the invitation to bid.
- Calculates man-hours to fulfill all necessary planning & scheduling deliverable s during the execution phase.
- Develops the detailed project execution schedules
- Provides project schedule baseline setup based on the work-breakdown structure (WBS), the project scope and work split.
- Incorporates all milestones, activities and deliverable s necessary to fulfill a proper project execution.
- Secures synchronization and reasonable timing of the different deliverable s through all project phases.
- Provides a sufficient team buy-in during the baseline schedule set-up and the mandatory freezing sessions.
- Prepare an Overall Planning Schedule for MPMC Construction Activities.
- Coordinate with HO Planning Manager for inputs on Engineering, Procurement and Construction deliverables.
- Reports to Client and Site Manager for overall Plan, Progress Reporting and carry out re-forecasting as required during construction phase.
- Interface Management on Planning and Scheduling with Various EPC Contractors, EPCM Contractors. Compilation of their inputs, delay analysis and mitigation plan for these EPC, EPCM Contractors.
- Lead a team of Planning managers and Documentation Controllers
- Delay analysis and catch up plans
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
- BE / B Tech– Mechanical Engineering with 15 to 20 Years of relevant experience in Construction (EPC) pertaining to Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables , Battery Storage sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
