For our client's project we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Cost Lead to join our team at our construction project site in Boden, Sweden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of changes within the organization, maintaining cost control systems, and supporting project management with accurate reporting and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures: Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
- Change Implementation Coordination: Coordinate activities related to implementing changes within the organization.
- Cost System Maintenance: Maintain the cost system and provide the required reports to project management.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, communicate the reasons for variances, and propose mitigation plans to Project Management.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and report results to ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Identification: Identify potential risks associated with implementing changes and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Risk Management Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management actions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with the change plan and support successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
