DESCRIPCIÓN:

Estamos buscando INGENIERO EN TELECOMUNICACIONES, o Carrera Afín, para un puesto como Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) -DevOps, trabajando en nuestro corporativo ubicado en la Cd. De México (Col. Nápoles), para importante firma global dedicada a proveer del mejor talento de ingeniería a empresas de la industria de la energía, petroquímicas, minería e infraestructura.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Working in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical production environments
Hands-on day to day operational support and ensuring SLA timelines
Good understanding on monitoring, alerting, and log analysis tools
Incident Management and RCA processes
Have deep troubleshooting skills on Infrastructure issues
Have good problem-solving skills, eager in learning and understanding environments.
Should work well both independently and in a team culture (one team)
Experience on working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Adopting new technologies and building new skill set

Required Experience & Skillset:

Professional experience in supporting Production Infrastructure
Fair knowledge on virtualization, cloud computing, and web services
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or any cloud technologies
Core Linux administration with networking concepts
Knowledge in scripting/automation: Shell, Python, Ruby (any)
Knowledge in Rundeck, PagerDuty is added advantage
Knowledge in Prometheus, Grafana and ELK is a plus or any equivalent tools
2+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
B.S. degree in Computer Engineering or related field
