Our client, a leading global EPC, is looking for a Site Scheduler on a contract basis to support on a large pharmaceutical project in the Copenhagen area.
About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned scheduler with extensive hands‑on experience in on-site planning and scheduling of projects within pharma or related industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building, maintaining and optimising timelines and schedules to keep projects on track and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimise complex project timelines.
- Coordinate with other schedulers & planners on projects involving multiple sub‑projects or engineering disciplines.
- Providing planning intelligence for decision‑making.
- Ensuring the schedule aligns with contractual and strategic objectives.
- Lead schedule-related meetings with the internal project team, clients and sub-contractors
- Deliver timely reports on schedule process, delays, risks and critical path
- Identify scheduling inefficiencies
- Recommend alternative execution strategies
- Improve overall project agility and predictability
Required Qualifications
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
