"TRS is recruiting for a SUBSEA CAMPAIGN PROJECT MANAGER (PM) as part of the Maintenance and Construction Department, who will be responsible for developing the scope of work and deliverables of the client's subsea campaign and support its safe execution, based in EQUATORIAL GUINEA."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.
- Work with relevant parties to develop scope of work for the subsea campaigns. This includes, reviewing previous subsea campaigns inspection reports and the lessons learned from last subsea campaign.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Support the Company in selecting Subsea Contractor for work execution and set expectations.
- Visit Subsea Contractor facilities (Diving Support Vessel, Remote Operated Vehicle, divers certifications) and evaluate their capabilities for meeting project deliverables safely, under budget and on time.
- Review, check and approve all contracted diving personnel and ROV certifications.
- Liaise with the Company's representative to review all procedures (Remote Operated Vehicle and Diving Inspection) provided by the subsea contractor.
QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Extensive experience managing and leading subsea inspection and construction related projects.
- Project Management certification from accredited body.
- Knowledge of API 2SIM or any other offshore structural integrity management code/standard.
- Diving experience is preferred.
- Leadership and good communication skills required.
- Planning skills required.
- Project cost control skills required.
- Projects software skills required.:
- MS Office Suite, P6, OpenText, SAP, MS Project and related software
