Client is looking for Lead CSA Designer.
Requirements/Qualification:
- Bs. Degree in Civil Engineering or any related
- Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in technical field of study, or
- Combination of education and directly related experience equal to fifteen (15) years.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to
- management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Certified in OSH by Ministry of HRSD
- Knowledge of applicable local and national codes and regulations (e.g., Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, SBC, etc.)
- Knowledge of international codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE, UBC, PIP, etc.) and Client standards (e.g., SABIC, Aramco, Shell, etc.) related to design/drafting.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience in monitoring and supporting work performed by a workshare office.
• Hands-on experience in Boundary and topographical surveys
Responsibilities:
• Experience in developing scopes of work, effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.
• Practical field experience.
• Experience in leading a medium/large team, i.e., assigning, monitoring and managing the work
• Hands-on experience in:
• Preparing 2D CAD drawings
•Preparing MTOs
•Creating 3D models
• Conducting 3D model reviews
•Incorporating HSE factors in design
•Vendor drawing review, interdiscipline review (squad checking)
• Fabricator drawing review
•Leading industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, SmartPlant, etc.)
