Job Title: Supervisor

Location: MP, India

Contract: 1 Year renewable contract

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines for the solar project.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules related to electrical work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
