Experience -10+ years in a similar position
Education and Training - Bachelor's degree in engineering or
Knowledge : working with SRA projects in Mumbai - Knowledge and understanding of essential SRA procedures and by laws - Hands on training dealing with slumdwellers
Should be able to do the following duties and responsibilities -Establish a dialogue with the slumdwellers \- Prepare all required agreements/ Consents and obtain signatures from the slumdwellers / Society members - Preparation of various annexures required for a SRA project. - Evacuation of the slumdwellers and demolition of the tenements.
