Key responsibilities, accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Ensure construction phases meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation for client handover.
• Act as primary client contact during transition, addressing inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate stakeholders for smooth handover of assets and information.
• Identify and resolve defects promptly with project team.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Mitigate risks to avoid delays or complications.
• Collaborate with teams and subcontractors to align handover expectations.
• Monitor budgets during handover and optimize efficiency.
• Implement process improvements and best practices for future projects.
• Deliver seamless handover and address post-construction concerns promptly.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction practices, QA processes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• Up-to-date understanding of UK building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
