Client Overview
The Client is a fast‑growing renewable energy company specializing in EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) services for solar power projects. The Client has established a strong presence across the solar energy value chain, delivering reliable and efficient solutions for both ground‑mounted and rooftop solar installations. With project capacities ranging from 5 kWp to 150 MWp, the Client caters to a diverse portfolio of customers, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and utility‑scale developers. The Client is known for its technical expertise, rigorous project execution standards, and commitment to delivering high‑quality renewable energy infrastructure.
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator supports planning, execution, and monitoring of solar power projects (rooftop and utility‑scale). The role ensures coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning solar project activities, schedules, and milestones
- Coordinate between design, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams
- Track project progress and report deviations or risks
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (BOQ, MOMs, DPRs, schedules, MIS)
- Update project trackers for timelines, materials, manpower, and costs
- Support preparation of client reports and internal management updates
- Coordinate with site engineers for daily work planning
- Monitor material dispatch, delivery, and inventory at site
- Support quality checks and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and logistics providers
- Follow up on procurement timelines and service deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, utilities, and inspectors when required
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and quality standards
- Support statutory approvals, inspections, and commissioning activities
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy.
- Certifications in project management or solar PV are an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience in solar EPC / renewable energy projects
- Experience in ground mounted solar projects preferred
