Key essentials for the role below:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Proficiency in English
- 10 + of experience of related experience
- Provide strategic technical leadership and strategic training projects management. Manage and implement the strategic training plans by tracking, monitor and control the training implementation.
- Proactively monitor and measure the implementation of the department strategy and related strategic plan ensuring that variances are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assume full responsibility of the mission in hand and take all necessary measures to deliver the department/project objectives.
- Lead the design or sourcing of comprehensive leadership training modules addressing competency gaps to equip Saudi leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to steer the company towards its strategic goals.
- Oversee the organization of regular leadership workshops, seminars, and courses to track the progress of talents and measure the impact of trainings of their performance.
- Ensure reviewing and analysing the reports of training activity effectiveness to assist in determining the impact of training on employee skills and the company goals.
- Lead the design, monitoring, and implementation development programs to ensure attracting and retaining high calibre employees to meet the needs.
