Underground Electrician

Job Description

Become part of a maintenance crew in order to achieve targets while causing zero harm.
Systematically undertake to:
Perform both planned & breakdown electrical maintenance activities on the mobile fleet (110V to 400V)
Perform underground cable, socket and panel installation and maintenance.
Install and maintain sump pumps and other ancilliary equipment
Diagnose faults using schematics / manuals
Work days / nights
Work both on surface and underground
Receive training and follow company procedures
Flexibility to be on-call for emergencies
Identify and mitigate risks to the progress of the activities undertaken by the underground crew.

Wish List Experience
5 years + in the mining industry
5 years + underground electrician experience
Bi-Lingual

Minimum Experience
Industrial maintenance experience working as an Electrician
Recognised Electrician's Trade Certificate - Confirm what this is
Instrumentation Experience
