We are hiring for an Australian based Engineering Consulting firm , which provides feasible studies , Design , tenders and Contract Management services to Infrastructure projects.

JOB TITLE: Urban Designer

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 10years’ experience. Out of which, should have 3 years international experience in the planning and design of economic clusters or corridors, townships, or campus developments

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Any Degree and Postgraduate in urban design or equivalent degree with relevant experience in master planning or urban design of integrated industrial townships, large campuses involving an economic component and mixed housing development

RESPONSIBILITIES :-
•Preparation of client presentations for various projects, exploring various typologies ranging from High Density Living Environments to Multi-functional Urban Spaces.
•Responsible for concept and schematic design, detail design, statutory approvals and construction administration, team and process management.
•Liaising with Clients, Consultants and Sub-Consultants to resolve project issues through periodic site progress reviews.
•Ensuring that regulatory compliances are met in conjunction with relevant authorities.
