"TRS is looking for a WAREHOUSE / QUALITY COORDINATOR who will be responsible responsibilities include warehouse operations and administration and managing the quality assurance standards and procedures established by the company for our local leading Client’s team based in DURBAN."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Warehouse:
- Day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, suppliers, production, logistics, and customers.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records of inventory movement.
- Maintain detailed record and tracking of the parts issued to and received from the field. Work with the service partner to manage parts sent to and received from the field.
- Use SAP to process warehouse transactions.
Quality:
- Manage quality policies, procedures, processes, systems etc. established by the company to ensure that products and services supplied by the company and received from suppliers meet the quality standards.
- Monitor and measure product and service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Responsible for inspecting the products or services delivered to customers and received from suppliers meet specified quality standards and requirements.
- Continuously update, maintain and review the quality control systems and processes to improve quality management systems and maintain quality documentation and records.
- Manage and coordinate quality audits and inspections. Responsible for TUV and ISO9001 audit annual recertifications.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary Diploma / Certification Qualification.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience..
- Experience in warehouse operations / quality coordination and management.
- Experienced with in MS Office, computer software, SAP.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
- Experience in warehouse operations.
