Workface Planning Lead
Our client, a globally leading EPC company is looking for an experienced C&I Designer to join them on a 12 month contract, outside IR35.
Duties include:
- Ensure the Workface Planning (WFP) program is executed across all project areas with construction managers and contractors.
- Establish strong working relationships with Area Construction Management and Contractor WFP champions.
- Develop a cohesive WFP execution strategy, integrating Construction Work Packages (CWPs) requirements.
- Manage Installation Work Package (IWP) coordination, facilitating scoping sessions, constraint removal, and closeout meetings.
- Support WFP Facilitators and Contractor planners in developing IWPs, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Audits IWPs for completeness, reviews contractor procedures, and conducts audits to ensure compliance.
- Workface Planning Implementation Plan, WFP contract attachment, Project Execution Plan, Construction Execution Plans and Procedures.
- Familiarity with Workface Planning techniques.
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and estimating techniques.
- Skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and documentation skills.
