With a robust background in electrical engineering, I have successfully transitioned into the field of recruitment. My journey began as a Junior Electrical Engineer at Aswathi Power Controls in Mumbai, where I worked under the contract of the Baba Atomic Research Center. There, I honed my skills in preparing load lists, cable schedules, lighting panel schedules, and single-line diagrams. I also gained experience in cable sizing calculations, checking, and updating distribution boards for vendor drawings, and reviewing electrical equipment layouts.
I then moved on to become an Assistant Electrical Design Engineer at TRANZ Consultancy in Kerala. I was involved in designing a hospital project with a 315 KVA Transformer, 259 KVA & 63 KVA DG, and a project for BISMI INDUSTRY with a total load of 309.45 KW and a transformer capacity of 400 KVA HT.
My work with Client CCED involved the installation of an Injection Feed pump at ULFA and a PWRI Injection and Booster pump at SAIWAN, both in Oman. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the technical requirements and challenges in the field of electrical engineering.
Leveraging this technical knowledge and understanding, I transitioned into recruitment, where I could match the right talent with the right opportunities. My engineering background has been instrumental in understanding the technical skills required for various roles, enabling me to excel in my current role in recruitment.
My job will now be supporting clients in the construction/infrastructure sectors with their requirements.
