Construction Planners turn designs into executable plans. They sequence work, allocate resources, and map constraints to create realistic baselines and look-ahead schedules that keep field activities safe, efficient, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop WBS and construction schedules (tender, baseline, and working level) in P6/MSP
  • Build method-based sequences with logic, calendars, and resource/crew plans
  • Produce 4D/visual plans and look-ahead schedules; facilitate constraint removal
  • Track progress, analyze critical path/float, and recommend recovery options
  • Integrate with procurement, permits, and subcontractor programs
  • Report performance and risks to site leadership and clients

  • Degree/diploma in civil/construction management or related trade background
  • Working knowledge of P6/MS Project and reading drawings

  • Hands-on progress measurement and field coordination
