Responsibilities Include:
• Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Generate sales when possible among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Maintain client communication to ensure receipt of requested products and services in a timely fashion
• Communicate client needs and demands back to management team
• Process RFQs for assigned customers
• Forecast and track client account metrics
• Identify opportunities to grow business within existing clients
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Collaborate with sales team to properly transfer ownership of newly generated accounts
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting simultaneous deadlines
• Keep record of client transactions
• Other related duties as required by management
Requirements Include:
• HS Diploma Required
• 1+ Year of experience managing external client accounts
• Prior experience within a manufacturing environment a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Baseline Knowledge
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Experience with Catia, Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of automotive certifications

· ISO/TS 16949
· ISO 9001
- Software Programs
· MS Project (or similar)
· SAP (or similar)
· Salesforce (or similar)
- General continuous improvement concepts including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
- Just In Time Manufacturing
