TRS is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an automation installation company using state of the art technology!

Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee the installation and completion of projects, ranging from new construction to renovation of existing systems from a period of months to one or two years.
• Manage needed manpower and meet project schedule by assigning daily work to install Electricians and Technicians and coordinating progress and job needs with sub-vendors, mechanical contractors, and other key personnel
• Maintain a good working knowledge of the project by participating in sales turnover meetings, tracking changes and revisions to project, making necessary jobsite visits, and continuously reviewing contract documents and specs
• Ensure seamless interface between departments by communicating deadlines and scheduling needs with engineering, service, and administrative departments
• Address, respond, and resolve conflict in a timely manner by providing and maintaining proper documentation and handling any disciplinary action when required
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Follow all safety standards while adhering to company safety manual
Requirements Include:
• Technical/Trade Schooling Preferred (HS Diploma Required)
• 5-7 Years of Construction Project Management experience
• Automated HVAC experience preferred
