Requirements:  Minimum BS Degree preferably in Business Administration with 3 - 5 years prior experience or equivalent work experience in an ISO 9001 work environment. Must be extremely organized, have attention for detail and possess excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business software required. Experience with ERP systems, understanding of bills of material and drawings are preferred.

Job Description:  This role is responsible for executing and fulfilling the material requirements plan, updating our ERP system with the latest supplier / product data and daily communication with suppliers. This person will work closely with each department to support the business. Reports to and works with Supply Chain Manager on various projects to fulfill the Supply Chain Strategy.

Duties:

• Generate and consolidate material requirements and drawings from ERP system.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers relating to pricing, lead times, order acknowledgements, shipping dates, status updates, shipping documentation, and material certificates
• Promptly update ERP system with lead times
• Create and Issue Purchase Orders to approved suppliers.
• Promptly execute and Respond to Part Availability inquiries.
• Update In Transit Tracker Information
• Provide weekly status report to supervisor.
• Create Receivers for all incoming parts.
• Order MRO Supplies to support the business
• Other job duties as assigned
