Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

TRS is seeking a QA/QC Manager to join our clients team, which has the capabilities to address an array of infrastructure, design and construction needs across the globe. The industry sectors our client excels in are Transportation, Water Supply & Sanitation, Energy and Facilities and Vertical Structures.

Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):
•The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of assigned project(s) to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established contract drawings and specifications.
•The CQCM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, working with other in-house personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Project Coordinators etc.), and working with external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
•Entails the planning, execution, documentation, and successful completion of the assigned project
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent, or equivalent field experience
•6 - 8 years of experience in project/quality management
•Excellent communication skills
•Success in client relationships
•Self-motivated
•Ability to prioritize and manage time
•Experience managing risk
•MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills
•Proficiency with MS Project.
•OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR Certifications
•Quality Control Management Certification

Additional Notes: Will participate in inspections at all stages, first 3 months of project will be design phase, then will be all site inspection and working with the other teams, person might be able to work remotely during assignment, will be doing QC planning/submitting.
