Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Duncan, SC
Industry: Manufacturing
Status of Hire: direct placement; permanent
Pay: $70k - $75k

Summary: The Technical Recruiter will research, develop and
Implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company. This position will focus heavily on engineering and robotics positions, and be recruiting for multiple locations across the U.S. This position involves up to 10% travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
Works in conjunction with 3 divisions to determine which schools have the programs that best fit the company needs, and targets those schools
Overall design and planning of recruiting events.
Collaborates with managers within the Robotics Division to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens resumes and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews and oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, peers, and other stakeholders
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details. Onboarding will be conducted by HR team.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and with company policies
Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to divisions

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
2-3 years’ experience with technical recruiting of Engineers
Strong social media skills
Bilingual and global experience a plus
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Able to maintain confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Microsoft Office, as well as ERP systems
