TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking 2 Craft Recruiters to join their client's team of professionals! This is for an Industrial Contractor in the Spartanburg, SC area.

Job Title: Craft Recruiter 
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Industry:  Industrial Engineering Services 
Status of Hire: direct placement; permanent
Pay: $25-26/hr 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process 
• Source, phone screen, and prep all potential candidates for projects needing skilled labor such as electricians, millwrights, etc. 
• Utalize employee database  to track activity 
• Experience with Paylocity or ADP would be helpful 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum HS Diploma, AS or BS Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate craft recruiting setting 
• Must be able to commute to work every day
