TRS Craft Services is in search of a highly motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join our Dallas, TX team. We are a business casual environment. Our mission is to provide high level support to our candidates, clients and business partners!
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting, or other related fields
Knowledge of labor
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English / Spanish Bilingual required
Experience as an Onsite a +
