Job Title: Sales / Project Manager
Location: Fountain Inn, SC
Industry: Injection Molding
Pay: $100k - $120k salary (Depends on Experience)

Job Description
• Schedule project deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate production of tools in Germany
• Manages customer relationships
• Conducts product launches
• Builds all calculation sheets for each project
• Controls project budget including suppliers awarded to project
• Integrates launch plan/project schedule/project timeline with all teams
• Coordinate projects from audits to SOP
• Coordinates internal and external meetings and leads APQP meetings
• Coordinates container packaging for parts
• Specify components for assembly.
• Manage accounts for the Wirthwein group across North America with the prime focus of generating new business. Defining key sales strategies in cooperation with Plant Management & Corporate sales. Targeting companies and products which align with defined strategy. Argument US companies in profitability and sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Project Management and coordination of all aspects of customer projects.
• Consults and reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, limitations, and procedures for accomplishing new projects
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required
• Coordinates scope of work across all departments based on solutions needed for customer
• Develop new markets and new customers
• Lead discussions with customers on price negotiations to improve contribution margin


Requirements
• Previous experience in the plastic injection molding industry
• Proven track record in sales
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Flexible work schedule (travel up to 50%)
• Intensive knowledge in project management with at least 5 years experience
• Knowledge and understanding of TS and ISO 9000 standards.
• Knowledge of injection molding and downstream processes
• Intensive knowledge in project management including knowledge in the software MS-project 2010.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in the manufacturing of interior plastics products in the automotive industry
• Previous experience in developing a business plan
• Good verbal and written language skills
