Warehouse Lead (Clements Ferry Road) 1095499

We are hiring for a shipping and receiving warehouse opportunity for a logistical company in the Charleston Area off Clements Ferry Road.
This position will be responsible for providing direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the order fulfillment and shipping.
• Forklift certified. (Reach, scissor & sit down lift)
• Pick bin replenishment and put away of product.
• Oversee employees, ensuring they work at a good pace and meet their daily numbers.
• Be a Leader and continue to motivate
• Ensure that all orders are audited prior to being shipped.
• Communicates and prepares feedback to manager on the performance of associates.
• Responsible for training of new employees.

Duties:
Ensure that employees have received proper training and arrange for training as needed.
Ensure corrective actions are taken for inventory discrepancies.
Ensure items are received and put away timely and accurately.
Assist management in organization and layout of work areas.
Direct warehouse housekeeping to assure cleanliness and order.
Provide daily EOD report to manager on production and orders shipped.

Hours are 1st shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasional mandatory Saturdays, once a month.
