Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is a major player in the infrastructure construction industry and are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Windsor, ON. In this role you will be responsible for organizing source documents, and inputting data from source documents into an accounting system.

Key Job Duties:
• Enter receiving reports in accounting system
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Match receiving reports to the invoice
• Prepare A/P invoice batches for data entry
• Maintain filing and record retention system for A/P

Key Qualifications:
• Associates degree in Accounting is preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar field is preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Microsoft office experience is required
• Must be able to communicate with different levels within the company
