 We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Lead/Executive Assistant to join our engineering clients team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the president of the company where they will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Group, President, and Partnership Group.
  •  Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Maintain and prioritize the executive calendars, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
  •  Coordinate travel plans and manage travel-related expenses.
  •  Assist with the coordination of sales-related activities and meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role more than 3+ years
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
