Administrative Assistant
18 month contract
$25-$30/hr DOE
Branchburg, NJ
Responsibilities:
1) Keep track of daily reports and the accounting of hours noted therein
2) Track and report leading indicators for safety
3) Receive, submit and track RFIs and Submittals
4) Assist with Monthly Report
5) Assist with TOP documentation
Computer skills are a must. Must be able to solve problems. Will interact with client on a daily basis. Calm demeanor.
Having general knowledge of the construction industry is a plus. If you know the difference between a hygienic ball valve and a non-process gate valve then you’re probably the right candidate.
Hours: Flexible but generally 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 or 7 to 4
