Here is an exciting opportunity to join a construction services company in Kitimat, BC as a Site Administrative Assistant! Reporting directly to the Office Manager as part of a larger Site Administration Team, the qualified individual will be responsible for all administrative functions which support the Construction Operations.
Job Duties:
- Works closely with the Office Manager and Construction Management personnel handling any and all administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Consistent utilization of commonly used computer software including excel, word, and outlook.
- Coordinates and organizes department or project meetings and celebrations (introductions, coordinating visitors, booking meeting rooms, and catering management).
- Administers and maintains highly confidential and specialized information and records.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous administrative and relevant experience.
- Office Administration certification from a credited institution is preferred.
- Initiative to integrate within a team and seek to provide value to those being supported.
- Advanced computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations.
