TRS Staffing is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
The manager is seeking candidate that is very responsive in person, phone and electronically.
Key Requirements:
• Travel Arrangements and Expense reporting for Sr. Managers or Group travel
• Support Office EHS&S, Company Events, Group Meeting coordination, Desk/Office setup incl. Office equipment and Replenishment of supplies
• Manage Catering
• Highly self-driven and relentless
• Quick on the feet to deal with changing conditions
• Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Strong communications skills, solid computer proficiency with MS Office tools; SAP & Catalog purchasing knowledge (P.R’s, P.O’s, Invoices)
• Strong written communication skills in English to compose internal communications (create newsletters or organization announcements)
• Conscientious and detailed in the job with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Operate within company standards and guidelines
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Supply Chain or Procurement is a plus
• Highly capable technical people
• very comfortable with MS Office; Communication tools like MS Teams; Expense reporting Concur; setup conferences, etc.
• Sharp in Procurement process
• Group catering; office supplies etc.
• Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations and keep track of scorecards in Excel, etc.
Education:
• Min 2 years of experience; High School/GED/associate degree
