Who are we?
We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international project sourcing agency and part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil & gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors. 

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for an exciting EPC project in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing complex construction operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager

• Minimum 10 years of experience in (pre-) constructions activities on large EPC (brownfield) projects

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Academic-level professional and intellectual capabilities

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other standard IT tools

• EU work permit or EU nationality (Immediate availability required)

What Will You Do?

• Oversee and manage all construction operations on-site

• Develop buildable and cost-effective solutions

• Lead project management from construction through handover, defect resolution, and final sign-off

• Supervise employees and coordinate with subcontractors

• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met with a focus on cost-efficiency

• Facilitate multidisciplinary communication across teams
