TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. To support our Procurement-team, we are looking for a Contract Manager.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform contractor prequalification
- Prepare and issue RFPs
- Evaluate proposals and prepare award recommendations
- Conduct contractor negotiations, including reporting and documenting negotiated savings
- Prepare, issue, and administer contracts and modifications in accordance with Signature Authority and Additional Delegation Forms
- Update contract development schedules in CMSiSM or an alternate approved system
- Verify and approve invoices in coordination with Accounts Payable
- Claims prevention, avoidance, mitigation, and management
- Other post-award contract administration
- Maintain contract files in secure areas at all times and verify documents are appropriately filed within the project shared directory
- Perform Contract closeout
- Conduct the bidding process ethically
What do you bring to the table?
- Accredited four (4) year degree in applicable field of study and eight (8) years* of work-related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Good Dutch and English skills, (German and French preferable)
