We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Supervisor who will join our client's HydroThermal Cleanup Unit (HCU) project at the refinery in Lysekil.

This facility will pre-treat renewable raw materials—such as vegetable oils, used frying oils, and animal fats—by removing contaminants before they are converted into renewable fuels. The project began in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in winter 2026.

Your Role:

As Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring safe execution of all scaffolding activities within the HCU project area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Coordinate with project teams to align scaffolding work with schedules and safety standards.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and refinery-specific requirements.
• Lead and train scaffolding teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Inspect materials and installations for safety and quality.
• Manage scaffolding inventory and equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in scaffolding within construction or petrochemical projects, with proven supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in construction management is a plus.
• Certifications: CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor/Manager, OSHA Construction Safety, or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong leadership, safety knowledge, ability to read technical drawings, and excellent communication.
