Architectural Design Lead

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN LEAD - They offer hybrid work arrangement for the successful candidate. This role oversees and manages the design and planning team in various projects and will be working in their Vancouver office. 

Requirements:
- Educational background in Architecture or Building Technology.
- Registered or non-registered Architect.
- 12+ years architectural and schematic design, design development, master planning scope of work, and involvement in initial stages of projects background.
- 15 years of combined experience in residential projects such as high-rise, mixed-use, multi-family, and townhomes, and 4-6 story wood frame buildings.
- Knowledge and experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Canadian Building Code experience is a must.
- Strong drive to lead a small team of Technologists.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented.
