Duration of the contract is 15 months. Starting in April 21. The role is inside IR35.
Job description:
• Facilitate project team meetings and cross discipline cooperation (Interface Management)
• Ensure that the scope is on time on quality and within budget
• Ensure that all NCR’s and Lessons Learned are properly registered into Synergi
• Ensure that Change Requests and Variation Orders and claims are properly managed together with relevant stakeholders
• Comply with the company's guidelines and current standards, i.e. ISO9001, Way We Work (IMS) requirements as well as good engineering practice and local requirements
• Ensure that the best technical practices are implemented
• Ensure hand-over of agreed documentation to O&M and/or OFTO
• Comply with and enforce the Company HSE requirements by promoting an excellent safety culture
• Ensure that design reviews and approvals are carried at the right time and at the right quality by ensuring compliancy toward the contract requirements
• Ensure that the client's QA/QC process is followed
• Maintain the project risk register related to the scope
• Ensure that the quality management best practice is followed thought all phases of the project including design, manufacturing, installation and supervision activities
• Termination work planning and execution including Offshore logistics management
• General Project Management
- Lead the Onshore or Offshore Export Cable team
- Request relevant resources
- Evaluate external resources on scope during recruitment process
- Interface Management
- Time Management
- Scope and Quality control
- HSE Management
- Cost and Risk Management
- Management of Change (CR, VO etc.)
• Ensure that delivery of documentation according to MDR’s timeline is achieved
• Has overall Cable System responsibility
• Request/review technical solutions from Project Engineer to satisfy project requirements
• Identify, understand and manage all interfaces related to scope in collaboration with Project Engineer
• Management of overall scope NCR’s
• Register and share LL
Requirements:
• BSc Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• PMP certification or similar
• Min. 2-3 years of practical as well as theoretical experience within high voltage Array Cables and accessories
• Possesses the skills of a good project manager
