Intermediate Planner - Construction Projects (Netherlands) - Focus on Data Centers

About The Role

A major player in European infrastructure is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Intermediate Planner to join their growing team. You'll play a vital role in supporting project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, with a strong focus on their expanding Data Center portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

• Leverage your on-site experience to gather accurate data and keep project schedules up-to-date for construction projects, particularly Data Centers
• Compile and verify project progress reports, ensuring a clear understanding of on-site progress
• Develop and maintain weekly work plans and project schedules using planning software (P6, Asta, Microsoft Project a plus)
• Contribute to improving team processes by combining your practical experience with planning expertise
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external consultants, clients, and suppliers, fostering effective communication across all project stakeholders
• Take on other tasks assigned by management

What they're looking for:

• A relevant degree or experience in a construction or engineering field, with a background in Civils a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in project planning (or similar role)
• On-site experience in construction projects is highly valued
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to visualize project workflows and translate them into effective planning strategies
• Passionate about delivering results and working collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with planning software such as P6, Asta, or Microsoft Project a plus
